We began our day at the Chocolatería de San Ginés Restaurant, where we had a cup of hot chocolate (not your standard hot chocolate, but more like a cup of melted chocolate) with churros. We dipped the churros in the chocolate. It was very good!
We spent the rest of the day at the Reina Sofia where we saw lots of Picasso’s works including Guernica. There was also quite a bit from Salvador Dalí as well which we enjoyed. There was some `modern art’ that made us laugh…
In the evening, we took a night train which would take us to Lisbon, Portugal. We had to pay for first class because those were the only compartments which were left, but it didn’t seem any nicer than second class. Oh well.
